How far in advance should I order?We require 3-4 weeks notice for all custom cakes/ treats. However, we do have ready to order treats available on our website that do not require advance notice.

How many people do your cakes serve?Serving sizes depends on the size of the cake. Please see our serving chart here for serving sizes. (add link - Later )

Do you deliver? How much does it cost?Yes! Delivery prices start at $25.00 and is dependent on location. All cakes larger than two tiers require delivery.

Can I pick up my cake or desserts?Yes. Although we recommend delivery, some orders are fine for pick up. Pick up date and times vary and are provided once your order is placed. NOTE: If we do not handle the delivery, you are responsible for the order once it is picked up by the client/designed person.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit cards. Payments will be collected via invoice.

Do you ship?We currently do not ship. Stay tuned we will be shipping within the state of Florida soon!

What happens once I place an order?Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation of your order along with any additional details.

Is there a Deposit required?Yes. A 50% nonrefundable retainer is due at time of placing your order to secure your date.

Do you offer Tastings?Tastings are offered for all wedding consultation's and can be offered for large parties. Tastings are 45.00 and will be deducted from your total if you choose to book your cake with us. Our tasting boxes include 5 different flavor combinations and can be picked up or delivered. If you’re having a dessert table, you may also order a treat sample box for 40.00. Treat sample boxes contain a variety of our desserts. Desserts may vary depending on availability.

Do you offer gluten free, vegan or other allergen-free options?We offer many delicious options that fit into dietary restrictions and are sanitary in our production. However, we are not a 100% allergen-free kitchen. WE operate in a facility that works with WHEAT, GLUTEN, MILK, DAIRY, EGGS, SOY, CORN, PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, SEASEME SEEDS/OIL. WE ALSO MAY COME INTO CONTACT WITH THE USE OF ARTIFICAL DYES, CHEMICALS, SULFITES, MSG, FLAVORING AND PRESERVATIVES.

Can you copy a cake design from another bakery?When providing a photo from another bakery we will follow it for inspiration only. We will not make an exact copy of another artist design. As artists ourselves we ask for "artistic License" with all our cake designs. Together we can come up with something you will love.

Do you make wedding favors?Yes! You may choose from many delicious options that can be personalized for your guests.

Do you offer cake toppers?We offer both edible and non-edible cake toppers that can be custom made for you. We can also add toppers provided by the client.

What kind of bakery are you? Do you have a storefront?We are an E-commerce by appointment only food cottage bakery.

Where are you located?We are in the East Orlando area. However we are proud to serve our surrounding cities in Central Florida.
